How much sleep should an athletic 16 year old get a night?



I run for 30 minutes in the morning and lift weights for 10 minutes (I only have a bench press) in the afternoon and I have football practice for three hours every day with a game on the weekend.


How much sleep should I optimally get every day?

  1. 8 to 10 hours

  3. As much as you need. Your body will let you know what it needs.

  4. Most teenagers need 10 hours of sleep.

  5. well 8 hours normally but for you id say about 10 hours not including naps during the day
