How much should I be able to bench press?



Sorry that this is a repeat question but I screwed up the last one. I'm a 13 yr old girl and I can bench press 90lbs about 15 times maybe more. Is that good if not how much should I be able to?

  1. That’s really good for a person your age. Don’t listen to anyone when it comes to the amount of weight or how many reps you should be doing. Listen to your body; if it feels good, then you’re all set!

  2. It’s ok. Try about 25-30 times
