How much does the penis grow during puberty?



I am 15 and at the beginning of puberty and my penis is 2.5 or 3 inches soft and 5 or 5.5 inches hard. How much more will it grow? Will it at least be 6 inches?

    Different boys start at different times.
    Right now my boyfriend is 14 and his penis is 5" soft 7 and a half inches hard.
    I think it all depends on the genes and the boy.
