How much do you loose a week water fasting?
My birthdays in about a month & i wanna lose a few pounds. How much weight do you loose water fasting? i plan on doing it for 7 days.

You can plan on losing between 1-3 pounds a day, depending on how much you have to lose, I would recommend not doing the week before you birthday because around the 7th day a fast is when all fun stuff starts. After you body has used up all its sugars it will begin consuming the fat cells where your body stores many of its toxins, during this time your body will try and rid itself of these any way it can including through the skin quite possibly causing blemishes. I have fasted in the past, and there are many great benefits of fasting so don’t listen to those that have never done it, who swear you will just gain it back plus some, it is a fable. And don’t worry it is not as hard to do as you might think, to be honest after about the second full day, you will not be hungry, but on the other hand I would recommend you plan to do as little as possible as you will be quite tired after about the forth day, and should sleep as much as possible as the body is detoxing, hope this is helpful. How about exercise and eat properly?
Fasting will just cause you to be mal nourished for a week, and for a while afterwards, and you will likely gain the weight back.

Start your day right. Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism.Drink lots of water. Your body needs sufficient water to burn fat and keep your cells hydrated and healthy.Go slow. If you have already lost 5 or 6 pounds, give yourself a break then try to lose the next 5 pounds.
Here’s some other quick tips for you:
* Take pita bread roll ups or wraps with salad fillings.
* Good cooking and healthy eating begins with learning about nutrition and how to prepare healthy recipes.
* Buy non-toasted muesli instead of the toasted ones. A plate of toasted muesli contains more fat than a plate of bacon and eggs.
* Look for a weight loss "buddy," club, or support mates. This will motivate you to stay and enjoy your weight loss program.
* Chilli helps to speed up metabolism – even the milder varieties.
If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.
