How many times do i walk this hill to get a mile?
How many times do I have to walk up and down this hill to equal a mile? Its about 100-120 yards one way. So how many times do I have to go up and down?
I wanna do 1-4 miles a day. The hill is right out back so its easy access workout.
I need to lose some weight, and quick! The pool opens really soon here and its almost summer. Only wanna lose about 20lbs but in the next 3-4 weeks.

There is 1760 yards in a mile. So u hav to walk up nd down tht hill approx. 14 times for 1mile. Thts alot for a hill. But keep in mind ur incline is raising because of the hill, so u burn more calories. Hope this helpd:)

i don’t no the answer to your question but heres some more help full tips for loosin weight quickly
Eat a healthy Breakfast My Gym Trainer Recommended Maybe a larger One but Keep healthy , Lunch, And Tea. For your meat only eat As the size of your palm. Lots of Fresh not Frozen vegies
Also eat tea Early but not to early to make you hungry Later. Try and eat dinner before 8pm. Dont Over sleep Because that can put weight on. Eat Fruit inbetween Breaky and lunch.

You need to go up and down the hill 14.6 time so we will round off at 15 this is to get one mile. This was figures out going off your 120yd est. I hope this helps, I’m sure you will look good when the pool opens(remember after all that work don’t go home and crush a whole pizza that really wreaks the Weight lose thin
