I want to make my arms and chest bigger. I just got a pull up bar and a resistance band. How many days per week should I do pull ups? How many pulls ups / chin ups should I do each of those days?
By how many a day, I mean literally how many. So "two times a day," as someone said means two different times in the day. But how many pull ups / chin ups in those periods? Obviously I want to do more then 2 pull ups a day lol.

2x a day 3times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Start of with doin it for a certain time, then after a couple weeks when u start to see a difference do for a certain number or vice versa

Try to do them every day! The more you do them the more tone you will get. If you can’t do them every day, then try to do them 5 times a week and take off on weekends. Make a schedule that works for you! But i would definitely do them at least 5 times a week, and you don’t have to do that many! Just do as many as you can, you will be sore for the first few weeks but soon if you do them consistently your muscles will build muscle memory and they will become easy for you! Add more pull ups/chin ups as they get easier.
