How many pounds can someone lose eating 1000 calories a day and running?
I'm eating 1000 calories a day and running etc.... 5 times a week.
How many pounds can i lose by august? Also, i'm drinking a lot of green tea and eating 5-6 times a day.

1000 calories isn’t that much. The average daily caloric intake should be about 2000 calories and if you are going to run everyday you should be getting some extra calories. Cutting calories and working out more isn’t a healthy way to lose weight.
