How many miles do you walk during a very busy waitressing shift?



How many miles will I walk if I work during a busy waitressing 6-hour shift? I don't have the money for a pedometer right now. So has anyone out there worn a pedometer during their work shifts? I know it will not be exact, I am only trying to get a rough approximation. If you could tell the mileage for a slower shift as well that would be super helpful. Thanks!
