How many different bicep exercises should I do in a workout?
Tonight I wanna do my biceps, but just wanna know how many exercises and sets in normal?

As many as you like. There is no rule on how many different you can do, but if you are doing your reps correctly you simply won’t be able to do more past a certain point. Example: I will do warm up curls with light weight, regular curls 7 sets at 10 reps per set with heavy weight, and burnout sets with as many curls as I can do with increasingly lighter weight. Basically, I simply cannot lift my arms to do a different exercise when I am done with my isolation work out. ya dig?

It depends on the type of workout you’re doing, but generally one or two compound exercises that include the biceps (rows, chip ups, etc), and no more than one isolating exercise. If you can do more than that you just arn’t working hard enough in each set.
Again, for sets it depends on the overall workout, but 2-3 per exercise is always a good rule.

That is up to you and how your biceps work. Personally, I only choose to do the hammer curls or bicep curls. But that is because I also do back exercises the same day as biceps. The pull ups and back rows and dead lifts also work my biceps too. So they grow from the back work a lot and plus some from the curls.

Whats worked best for me is 3 exercises. i have fairly strong biceps(can curls 185 strict).
The first exercise is always the most important so i tend to go with some variation of a barbell curl and go heaviest on this.
The second exercise would be always some kind of hammer curl.
Then i do something wide gripped to hit my bicep completely different.
It’s important to hit your biceps in all different ways.
I vary my rep ranges through my training cycle. A cycle may look something like this:
Week 1
Barbell Curl 125x3x7
Hammer Curl 60x3x10
Wide Grip Preachers 65x3x12
Week 2
Barbell Curl 140x3x6
Hammer Curl 65x3x8
Wide Grip Preachers 75x3x10
Week 3
Barbell Curl 160x3x5
Hammer Curls 70x3x6
Wide Grip Preacher Curls 85x3x8
Then you’d start all over with sets of 7 on barbell curls but with 5 pounds higher and make the same progression. Most of the time i will switch the variations of the 2nd and 3rd exercise UNLESS i feel like i can get some more easy gains out of them. Then ill keep them for a couple months milking them dry before i switch.

It depends on whether you want to build your arms or just tone up. If you want to build then they reccommend no more than 2 times a week to train your biceps but each time could include 3 different exercises
