I have been eating really healthy, mainly fruits and vegetables and I exercise for about 1-2 hours per day. I drink about 3 cups of green tea a day but I didn't know if it was enough. I bring my green tea with no sugar, honey or anything added to it. How much does each cup boost your metabolism? And to be really effective, how many cups should I be drinking?

i dont think u should drink dat much green tea. because green tea is like coffee but without caffeine(i think) so green tea keeps u awake and full with energy more. i think u should drink only 8 fl. oz. of green tea sometimes not everyday. because most drinks says u should only drink 8 fl. oz. i heard this one tea (i forgot wat its called, srry) can help u concentrate on things and help u study better. some tea have there own special effects.

I read something that said 3 cups is the right amount to be drinking to take advantage of all of green tea’s benefits.
To the person saying not to drink green tea because its like coffee I’m sorry but you need to read up on green tea. 1. Green tea has the least amount of caffeine of all teas and coffees. 2. New research is showing that coffee has all sorts of its own benefits

3-4 cups is plenty. It has a slight effect on boosting metabolism (3-4 cups might boost your metabolism by around 100 calories per day).
