How many calories should i eat to lose weight?
So im 17 years old, 5'5", 152 pounds. Ive only lost 14 pounds since january... I know why- i get into eating crazes and take a break for a couple of days sometimes. But its summer so im gonna get serious! How many calories should i be eating to lise at least a pound a week?
Is the number including what i have burned during my workout?

A normal teenage girl should eat between 1500-2000 calories between. Eat when you’re hungry, try to stick to fruits and don’t indulge on anything sweat until you’ve tried drinking first (most times people mix hunger and thirst) and have eaten a healthy substitute. However, it won’t destroy you to reward yourself once in a while.

how many? less calories than your burning off each day. figure out how many your burning then the rest is simple
