How many calories should i eat to gain muscle mass without getting fat?



I am currently a 17 year old teenage at 5'7 and 145 lbs. I am wanting to put on some more muscle mass, but i also don't want to gain alot of fat. I work out for three days then take a rest day, so i work out 6 days a week. How many calories should i be taking in to gain muscle mass? What is a good diet plan for me?
