How many Calories should I be eating per day?



I workout about 5 times a week.
I either spend two hours in the gym (30 minutes on a cardio machine, 90 minutes lifting)
Or I have basketball practice for three hours.


Sometimes I do both: gym and basketball practice.
I want to know how many Calories I should be eating.

  1. Since you work out, you should not eat less than 2000 calories a day.

  2. You should eat about 3500+ calories, because you workout a lot.
