How long will it take to lose belly fat by going to gym?



I'm recently enrolled to a gym program which is three times a week. I do cardio and abdominal. I really want to get rid of my belly fat as soon as possible. So for how long do you think can I see the results? My stomach measures 29 inches now and I want it to be at least 25 or 24 inches.

  1. Losing stomach fat is usually the hardest thing to lose. Ab exercises will help, but you will want to focus on working out your entire body. You will burn more calories this way plus you will see the results you want to see….much quicker!

    With that being said you should be able to see results within 2 to 3 weeks. make sure that you are eating a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water.

  2. It Probably Would Take 8 Or 9 Weeks. But Try To Run 4 Or 5 Laps Every Saturdays And Sundays.

  3. It takes time to get rid of fat belly. You can’t see the results within few days. It actually depends upon how hard workout you do and how long you do. If you do properly with regular exercises it will take you like 25-30 days to decrease your belly.

  4. Belly fat is a matter of concern for all the people who are health conscious as well as care for their looks. Unfortunately, short of cosmetic surgery, there is no way to solely target belly fat when you are at the gym. This, however, will work out to your advantage, as getting rid of that belly fat requires you to get your entire body in shape. Getting rid of belly fat at the gym requires a lot of cardiovascular exercise, patience and motivation.
