How long will it take for the symptoms to disappear ?

Yesterday (friday)I went to urgent care for a bladder infection the dr gave me some antibiotics take 1 two times daily for 3 days. I still have abdominal pains and chills.How long will these last?

They should go away after 2 or 3 doses of the antibiotics.
