How long to start running for when you have low stamina?

I am a teenager and want to start running as something to raise my stamina and because it would be fun if I was any good at it.
I pretty much have horrible stamina. It's mostly I run out of breath fast. I do not consider myself to be that out of shape either. I was wondering where to start. What would be a good amount to push myself? Any ideas on how long or far I should run each day?

  1. Re-Select your food << avoid junk food >>

Walk for 2 miles / 3 times a week < jog and stretch > – also play some music that gives you power :)

Do many Cardio , really increases your stamina.

You need to increase your legs strength, to enjoy more walking and jogging

It takes time, so don`t rush it, but don`t get lazy.
    really helpful.

  2. start running for about 30 minutes and gradually increase to condition yourself.

  3. 30 mins a day from point a to b. Run as fast as u can and rest when ur tired but don’t stop, power walk it. And remember breathe thru ur nose bcuz u don’t wanna get dry mouth n start choking. Stay hydrated too, and keep urself mentally focused. Wut helps build adrenaline is shouting, it gives u energy like a red bull, but if u don’t wanna shout try exhaling hard like u were shouting during a run.
