How long should it take for swelling to go down?
I got three minor cavities filled about two hours ago on the top right. My entire right cheek is still very swollen, it feels like a hard ball. How long should this take to go down, should it even be swollen at all?

OUCH! Your mouth is a very sensitive place to have any work done.
Swelling is often treated with aspirin & ice.
Yes, it should be swollen.
The swelling ought to be gone in about two to three days.
