How long should i wait before eating after morning cardio?



I jogged for 30 minutes this morning after i woke up.
How long should i wait before i eat for WEIGHT LOSS?

  1. The best time to eat is 1 hour after you finish. That’s when the body starts needing all those vitamins and nutrients.

  2. you should eat lean protien within and hour of exercise (turkey, cheese, eggs)
    sooo yea
