  1. 4-6 weeks

  2. Theres a better way to whiten your teeth,
Get a tiny bit of water,Mix it with baking soda so its 50-50.
Next keep stirring it untill its almost like paste like consistency.
Next brush your teeth with it (More longer then a regular brush,About 2-3 minutes or longer)
When you start seeing the baking soda foam you know its working,Remember to get inbetween your teeth, top, bottoms…Ect…
Now the baking soda will eat the stains right off of your teeth,Do this a few times and they will be white way faster then some toothpaste.

  3. i don’t think brushing your teeth alone will whiten them.
i got a few shades lighter with a whitening pen

  4. While whitening toothpastes can make your teeth appear a little lighter, by getting rid of stains, they do not actually bleach your teeth.

A whitening toothpaste is simply regular toothpaste that contains chemicals or polishing agents that remove surface stains from teeth. This product does not "bleach" teeth through the use of peroxide (or contain a very low concentration of Carbamide Peroxide).

so, if u really whitening ur teeth, u must use strips or tray. or there is another brush way

The recipes of teeth whitening paste is :
    3 Teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide
    2 Teaspoons of baking soda
    1/2 Teaspoons of table salt
    Some toothpaste

    made & use with image:
