How long does soreness after experiencing heat cramps last?
I played a long tennis match yesterday for my high school, and ended up having to forfeit my match because I got cramps in both of the calfs in my legs. (I live in Texas and it got up to 109 that day.) Now they are both incredibly sore. I have tennis practice tomorrow and another match on Tuesday, but I don't know how long this soreness will last. Will it be gone by tomorrow or the next day?

It might last up to a whole week and it might last a lot longer than you’d expect it to. It might be a lot more time than you would want it to be because it is a cramp in your leg
