How long does it usualy take to notice a change in my weight after excercising? Read details?



17 years old, 6 foot 2 inches tall and weigh about 215-220 pounds (not sure becuz ive tested on different scales that say different weights) how long will i notice a change in my weight? Im trying to lose pounds and ive also been working out and gaining muscle so i wont notice if im slimming down or gaining muscle weight.

  2. Your weight naturally fluctuates about five pounds a day, so rely more on how you look and feel than on what the scale says. If you’re eating nutritiously and excercising right, it should take about six weeks for a real, noticeable change to take place. At least, that’s the general rule of thumb; it could be more or less for you. Either way, a healthy body is worth sticking to it.
