How long does it take to heal after a wisdom tooth extraction?

I got all four removed about five days ago.
I also have stitches, and it really sucks.

I was just wondering how long it generally takes to heal from the surgery? For some reason, my face never swelled, so I'm only concerned about the inside of my mouth. I'm on a liquid diet, and I really miss solid foods right now.

So, how long does it take for the stitches to disolve? & how long until I can chew?
