How long does it take to get used to a new sleeping pattern?



So Ive been going to sleep late waking up late and I want to sleep early and wake up early. How long would it take for my body to get used to this new sleeping arrangement?

  1. I’m just going to take a stab in the dark and say around 2 weeks.

  3. Just go to sleep late and wake up early. You should be able to change it by doing that
