How long does it take to get a flatter stomach?



I am doing 100 crunches every morning and night, and i was wondering how long it takes to see a difference in my stomach if i keep up with that routine. Okay thankyou!

  2. Idunno. My meathod is taking a while to work. Everytime I roll myself in that play-doh flattener I just go back to normal shape! I guess Elmo was wrong.

  3. It’s not always about doing crunches.

    You need to get a good diet and exercise routine. Doing crunches will only build up the muscles beneath the fat. You have to lose the fat in the stomach. Most people think if they do tons of crunches then they will get a flatter stomach. That actually makes your stomach stick out more because you are building up the muscles.

    Find a good diet and workout routine and you will get a flatter stomach in no time.

  4. Add more crunches periodically and add a variety of ab exercises, such as bicycle sit-ups, side sit-ups, the plank, leg lifts, etc.
