How long does it take for Witch Hazel to heal a wound the size of a pencil eraser?



It's 4 days till school and I have a mark on my face! Help!! D:
How long does it take for it to heal?
And how long does it normally take for a wound to heal by itself?
Should I use salt water to help wash it of the bacteria?
