How long does it take for muscles to show?



I've been working out everyday for about a week. I work arms every other day and legs every other day and core about 3 times a week. I also walk/run on the treadmill. How long will it take for my muscles to become defined if I continue this workout regime?

  1. First off your working the muscle groups too much , your doing way too much volume . I would break everything up : example

    Monday
    Back / Chest

    Tuesday

    Core / Cardio

    Wednesday

    Shoulders / Biceps / Triceps

    Thursday

    Core / Cardio

    Friday

    Legs

    Sat and Sun – rest days

    Again , this is just an example . This will give your muscles enough time to rest , repair and build :) . With any exercise program it will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to see results .

  2. Weeks, months, years, depends on how hard you push yourself and how well you eat.

  3. Depends on your body fat % keep going at and lift heavily you’ll begin to see results within a month by just going up in lifting weight
