   Hey There!
   Everyone is different, like you said. It basically depends on your pain tolerance. I only ached for about 4 days, and that’s average. You’ll be able to eat normally after a week, it’ll be worth it. Believe me, when the pain feels really bad, think to yourself "No pain, no gain." The aching starts about an hour after they put them on. The process is painless. Good Luck! :-)

   i have braces and they didn’t bother me, i’d say 5-7 days maximum, but mine only ached for about 3 days, they feel weird if anything, they didn’t really ache me but i’d say about 3-4 days :) everytime you get them tightened too they ache after that so you just get used to it really, it’s not agonising ache, it is bearable.

   Mine lasted for a week. I think it is different for each person.

   mine ach for about 3 or four days. then they are sore a bit when i brush for about a week

   I don’t remember for certain, but several days to a week, but during that time you can slowly feel them getting better. And it’s not that they ache the whole time, but they just ache when you eat.
