How long can you go without eating, untill you are physically disadvantaged?



i was wondering how long could someone go without eating untill they lose strength, or anything that would be a major disadvantage for sports. I am tryin to lose fat and gain muscle so i can be better at football, i havent ate in 26 hours, ive just drank gatorade,or water. How long can i do this? i have lifted weights all day, and ran a little. Im not the type of person that does bulimia or anything like that, i just want to lose weight in a healthy matter and gain muscle quickly. any tips?

    When you start starving your body it will begin to take apart muscle to get the protein it needs to function.

    If you want to lose fat, and not muscle then you have to eat a healthy diet, and exercise.

    Get your fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, berries, meat and drink only water (throw out the gatorade – it’s processed artificial high sugar junk.

    Plan out your meals and snacks ahead of time, and plan your exercise/workout regime – then stick to your plan.

    You’ll get there much faster than if your starve away all your muscle and then have to rebuild it.

  2. You’ve only gone one day…..one or two more days and you will start to feel it.
    That’s a good way to screw your body up.
