How good for you is a trampoline?
I know that question is worded weirdly, but my question is how good for you is it to trampoline regularly?
I've heard it's a good source of cardio, and I'm talking about roughly 30 minutes at a time, three times a week. Is that extremely good for you, or will it just put a tiny dent in my weight loss efforts?
