How does your body decide where fat is stored?
I've always thought it was genetics, but I've heard that if you're gaining fat it goes to less exercised parts of your body. For instance, if someone worked out their legs a lot and was eating a lot of fatty foods the fat would go anywhere but their legs and so on. Is this true? How does the body decide where to store fat?

It is in fact genetics. Even if a person focuses on one part of their body, the fat would still go there. But because of the muscle tone, and all the exercise they do, it isn’t as noticeable.
