I get acne sometimes only on my forehead. i have scars and it makes me really self conscious. how can i get rid of them without surgery?

Acne scar remedies:
-Dab fresh lemon juice on your skin to lighten acne scars naturally. Lemon is a natural bleaching agent. Squeeze the juice from a lemon into a cup. Dip a cotton ball in the juice and gently spread it onto your skin. Leave the juice on for 15 minutes.
-Try OTC products that contain retinol or alpha hydroxyl lotions. If you have sensitive skin, be careful using retinol or alpha hydroxyl lotions immediately after a microdermabrasion treatment.
-You can use mineral makeup to cover up your acne scars, and it will also dramatically improve the overall complexion of your skin.

Astringents work well. Wiping your face down with rubbing alcohol seems to work, too. I have horrible acne, but astringents are helping. Otherwise, there is Accutane, which is prescription only, but it can make you depressed.

Try cocoa butter, the ones that are 100% natural, not only does it moisturize, you skin, it will also help fade the acne scars, till you can barely see it. Apply it on 2-3 times everyday, like when you are watching TV, just rub it on the acne scar, and it will be gone in a few weeks.
