  1. Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.

    The Oil Cleansing Method
    What you will need:
    Warm Water
    Cold Water
    Clean Towels
    Castor Oil
    Olive Oil

The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.

You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.

Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.

Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.

  2. I recommend use Acneace!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
    Hope it works for you.
you can get From Google Search Acneace Official site. Good luck.

  3. Applying raw papaya paste to the face helps remove the scars left by pimples.
Apply a mixture of sandal wood (chandan) & turmeric (haldi) paste to the face. It dries pimples

  4. After an acne lesion has healed, you will see a red or hyperpigmented mark
on the skin. This is not a real scar! Simply the skin goes through its healing and
remodeling process: in this case, getting rid of acne scars will takes approximately 6-12 months.

  5. Mild to moderately severe acne may be treated with over-the-counter gels, lotions, and creams such as benzoyl peroxide which is applied directly to the skin. Oral antibiotics may also be prescribed to reduce inflammation while oral contraceptives have also shown to improve acne.

In episodes where acne is extremely severe, another oral medication known as Isotretinoin (Accutane) is one of the most effective treatments with successful results. However, all these medications can cause negative side effects and it is important that you inform your health practitioner or dermatologist immediately.

It is also important to develop a good skincare routine that involves cleansing your skin in the mornings, evenings and after workouts. By adjusting your lifestyle and incorporating a healthy diet, exercise, drinking lots of water and getting adequate sleep will also help to make a significant difference to your skin’s appearance.

Herbs have proven to be a more natural, gentle alternative for the treatment of acne rather than the harsh, synthetic chemicals used in over-the-counter products and conventional medications. Not only are herbal remedies safe and effective to use, they also support the skin, immune and digestive systems.

Two carefully selected herbal ingredients such as Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Oil), Azadirachta indica and Arctium lappa contain antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties and are not only effective for acne but for other skin conditions too. Other herbs such as Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos) and Bulbine frutescence have wonderful antioxidant and healing properties and also help to prevent skin infection and provide ongoing relief. In addition, Lavender Essential Oil acts as a circulatory stimulant and antiseptic, and is used to treat burns and wounds and to prevent scarring.

Homeopathic ingredients like Causticum hahnemanni, Carbo vegetabilis, Hepar sulphuris calcareum, Silicea help the body to expel all foreign or toxic matter such as pus of acne. They treat acne on the face, neck, shoulders, back, and other affected areas, fight off bacteria that causes pimples and blackheads, improve the appearance of bumps and flaky, irritated skin, speed up new skin rejuvenation and removal of dead skin cells, & encourages routine regulation of skin oils for acne prevention.

  7. There are four steps to proper skin care: exfoliate, cleanse and protect.

You need to develop a proper skin care regimen that works for you. Start with a good exfoliating cleanser, and moisturizer and be sure to use sunblock to protect your skin.

There are some very good spot treatments on the market these days. One with a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide can help those zits go away in a few days.

Definitely don’t pop the pimples because, as you’ve already indicated, popping them can lead to infection and scarring.

There are some excellent natural ways to treat acne. What really helped me was potato. You just rub some slices of raw potato on your face, let the juice dry, ad then rinse off with warm water. You don’t want to to this everyday, maybe 3 times a week s good, because you don’t want to dry your skin out too much. I know it sounds crazy, but the potato treatment really works!
