How do you get a flat stomach with a little ab for a 13yr old?
I am 13 and i am underweight however my stomach isn't quite flat and when i sit i get rolls. How do i get rid of them. I was told that too much ab excercises makes you look bloated cos it thickens your muscles. HELP!!!!! I want a little bit of ab but not full on.

I’m gonna tell you why too much ab exercises make you look bloated. People who want flat abs but are new to exercise, think that doing hundreds of crunches will do just that. However, crunches are for your muscle. They strengthen the muscle underneath of the fat and make the fat bulge out even more. Cardio targets fat. You have to do cardio to lose fat, then do ab exercises to define your abs. So I’m going to suggest running/jogging. That’s cardio and an ab exercise. Running/jogging (even speedwalking) is the best thing you can do for belly fat. It targets all of your core. Kickboxing is also fantastic. That is SO much core. You’ll feel it the next day. Also cut out candies, soda, and most importantly-WHITE BREAD. Salt can also make you a little bloated as it makes your body retain water, so eat as little of it as you can. Stick to around 1200-1500 calories a day.
