   Take a teaspoon of baking soda in a bowl, add little salt, water and make a paste. Now apply that paste on your toothbrush and then, brush your teeth as you would do with a normal tooth paste and then rinse your mouth. Hydrogen peroxide can also be added along with baking soda. don’t use baking soda everyday as it can cause damage to the enamel. It needs to be done once or twice a month.

   You can make a paste, by just adding water. Or sprinkle a little on your toothbrush everyday.

   Be careful with it because it might remove your enamel if you brush too much or too often.
