How do Japanese men keep their foreskin permanently retracted with string?
I am an uncircumcised male and I want to retract my foreskin semi-permanently. I have heard that the Japanese do it with some string when they are teenagers and manage to train it to stay rolled back permanently (eventually without string). Does anyone know how to do this?

Why would you want to do that? When the foreskin’s in its normal forward position it helps protect the head, keeping it soft and sensitive. Just leave it alone dude!

Back when I was around 17 i wrapped a rubberband around the head and retracted the foreskin. Never wrap it too tight or there can be very serious consequences. After a while the foreskin will just stay permanently retracted. Trust me I’m 21 and have been "rolled back" for 4 years now.
