How do i make the itch of mosquito bites stop, without medicine?

I just came back from a memorial day party, about 3 minutes ago, and i noticed a BUNCH of mosquito bites. Then, they itched like hell. How do i lessen the itchiness/get rid of them in one day, without medicine/just with materials around the house? =(

  1. I am not sure if it is available where you are. I live in a tropical environment in Australia, and must unfortunately co-exist with mosquitoes. There is a product called Lucas’ Paw Paw Ointment and it is magic.

Paw paw is a strong antiseptic that contains papain, an enzyme which speeds up the healing process of wounds and reduces inflammation for a range of skin problems including eczema, rashes, bites and cuts.

If you can track down a tube of it or another product where paw paw is the active ingredient for future skin irritations you will be amazed.

  2. Get FRESH garlic, cut it in half and rub it on the bite.

    Works perfectly.

  3. A product containing ammonia like window cleaner will tame the itch.

  4. slap them or make an x in them with a fingernail
