How do I make my legs below my knees a little bigger?



My legs are really skinny and I want to make them a little fatter. How do I do it? Please only serious answers. Thanks!

  1. Calves are very hard to develop. The exercise is called a calf raise and will take consistent work on your part.

    stand on a stair, facing the stairway. stand only on the ball of your foot- hold onto the rail while you get the balance,.

    lower your heels as far as you can, you will feel a stretch in the achilles tendon. now lift all the way up, your on tip toe, now squeeze the calf. thats on rep – repeat ten times. thats one set.

    wait a minute and repeat – do four sets.

    when you can do all four sets – now switch to one leg at a time

  3. Search google for calf raises.

  4. Workout:
    Run
    Look at exercises for thighs and calves
    Be active or play a sport

  5. Do not run, run and run…. running long distance….Jogging… is just more cardio… cardio= weight loss… so do not run,run,run.

    1. Eat more
    2. Strength train/lift weights… workout to build leg muscle
    3. Rest… dont workout every day…. workout every 2-3 days

  6. Do calf raises you can do them almost anywhere standing or seated with books on your lap just lift up your toes over and over again
