How do I lose belly and leg fat by just excersing and what excersies should I do?
I am 12 years old and I'm not fat but I have fat. I tried dance dance revolution and it didnt work. I need to lose the belly fat for my summer job and I would not go away. So what kind of excersies do I need to do and how long will it take

running/jogging/sprinting are all really good exercises to lose belly fat because they activate a lot of muscle groups and for some odd reason get rid of belly fat really well (trust me it does!) Try to go for distance runs every other day or so and do sprints in between those days. Sprints help with speed and getting your heart rate up very well, and long distances help endurance and muscle strength.
