How do I let loose a little and have fun?



I take myself too seriously. I want to let loose, but don't know how to begin. What might those of you on yahoo answers suggest? I want to enjoy myself more, and have more fun! I do be able to laugh more. I lost this ability as I have become an adult, sadly.

  1. be spontaneous, do things that you think of just at that moment, even if its not the best time to do it, like say its 12 at night and your friend is like "hey likes go for a bike ride in the park" do it! dont think "its to late for a bike ride in the park" just do it! be open minded to doing anything at any time.   3. Invite some friends over and relax, first of all don’t correct people and don’t think about being lose just let it happen…talk about you favorite things and it will come naturally

  4. Um, for me, what I do is take a couple shots of "Bacardi 151." & drink more beer.

    My other options are not really clever, but I smoke a couple puffs of weed or take a E pill.

    Just don’t get addicted to it.

  5. well first start with a positive state of mind..feel like u want to have fun do something fun ..go to clubs..hang out with your friends..go to the park do prank call people.. get with ur friends and think of a couple of fun things to do on the weekend or when ever u feel like it..!!! hope it helped!!

  7. Well it’s hard to do these things if your full of Fear, and you don’t trust yourself or other people. So, I would recommend only having fun with close friends, and a safe environment.
