How do I get rid of acne/acne scars?
It's summer, and I'm planning to cut my hair very short than how it is now. But, under my sideburns are acne scars which were created when I popped/scratched my acne. Is there any way I can get rid of it fast? Maybe in a week or two? And how do I get rid of acne?
I have acne/acne scars through all locations on my face, but not much on my face directly. Mainly just my forehead and sideburns. HELP!

Try not to touch your skin that much. You know what really works? try to lemon, lime and potato wedges to your acne spots and it will improve your skin. Also toothpaste act as a mask, drawing impurities out of the skin. It may also dry the skin lightly as it does so, which can reduce the size of a pimple. Also watch your diet , Your diet should be a healthy mix of all four food groups with a good dose of fresh fruits and vegetables when possible. Chocolate and oily foods don’t actually cause acne, but it never hurts to eat right and take care of your body.

AS far as my knowledge, acne treatment involves a series of gels, face cleaner/washes along with some good practices.
Fro my own experience, I have learned that, Using cetaphil cleansing lotion daily to clean your face is good. this is usually followed by 5 or 10 % Benzyl peroxide containing gels ( meant only for acne) and sebonac gel containing salicylic acid(meant for acne, scarring, and few other problems) in alternative days. That is if you use BP one day, Salicylic acid should be used the next day..
This is what the doctor might tell you..
What we could do in addition would be things like washing the face in regular intervals, steaming occasionally, or wash it with light hot water… Also any kind of make up/powder must be avoided as far as possible to make sure that the pores are not clogged and can breath ..

There are a variety of methods and treatments out there for acne sufferers. Everyone’s skin and biochemistry are different, so it’s no surprise that different methods work for different people.
If you’re frustrated because the over-the-counter acne treatments don’t seem to be working, try this method:
• Make sure your face is clean and dry.
Probably the best time to do this is before you go to bed. Wash your face with a mild cleanser. Try to stay away from bar soap, since it has a tendency to over-dry your skin, and can even clog your pores with residue. On that note, make sure you thoroughly rinse your face.
• 2
Take a small amount of lemon juice and dab it on your acne spots.
Be sure to use real lemon juice, not concentrate. Buy actual lemons if you have to. If your face isn’t super oily, then just apply lemon juice with a cotton swab to the affected part of your face.
If you have a seriously oily face, you may wish to dilute the lemon juice with water and dab it on the oily parts of your face as well. This will help dry up the oily patches.

Wash your face again in the morning. If you have a particularly bad case of acne, then you might try reapplying the lemon juice before you go about your day.

Quick Acne Treatments Exposed: The Truth Behind Miracle Acne Cures
Can acne be cured quickly and without effort? Is there really a revolutionary acne treatment overlooked by the medical establishment that wipes off acne in days?
The recent proliferation of quick fix acne treatments, miracle cures, and instant acne formulas, has caused consumers to wonder if these alternatives are actually worth their hopes and hard earned cash. Can there be an overwhelmingly easy to follow and quick acne treatments that produce results in days?
The difference between simple and easy
If someone has mild to moderate acne that is uncommonly triggered by allergy to certain foods, then they can often begin to clear their acne very quickly and easily, relative to their previous disappointing results. All they have to do is improve their nutrition by eliminating these acne-aggravating foods and a quantum leap can often be made.
With that distinction made, let me state unequivocally that achieving permanent clear skin is never really “easy”. There is always effort and discipline involved, as there is with any worthwhile achievement. Endlessly searching for an easier way, a fairy tale quick fix, a miracle cure, a holy grail, is a misguided quest and it will lead you nowhere. http://acnescartreatment.4useful.com/

Acne is exactly what doctors call a persistent condition, meaning it can last for years-even decades in grown-ups. Because there is no cure, the important thing to a obvious complexion is control and prevention with the kind of medicated daily maintenance therapy.
The actual pimples you see today started as small microcomedones, or pre-pimples, deep inside your skin about three weeks prior to breaking out. Hundreds of small pre-pimples may be developing continuously most of the thousands of skin pores on your encounter. Even when the skin looks obvious, they may be there.
There are many of good items around. Check into your friends or talk about it with a doctor for the best outcomes.

Acne scars can fade over time, but if they aren’t fading after a period of 6 months or so there are 3 different types of treatments to help remove scarring.
You also might want to try vitamin E oil which works great for all types of scars.
Here are the 3 methods:
Microdermabrasion – a machine is used to exfoliate and remove the top layers of skin. One treatment can cost about $100, but will depend on the clinic you go to.
Chemical peels – an acidic solution is used to remove the top lasers of skin. There are different types of peels ranging from mild to strong. The stronger peels will need a longer recovery time and may have some side effects like bleaching of the skin.
Laser resurfacing – This is a more expensive solution and uses a medical laser to remove the top layers of skin.
Personally i would recommend trying the vitamin E oil. It is pretty inexpensive and works very well on scars. But it can take a couple months to have a noticeable effect.

First, gently peel the top layers of the dermis – dead skin cells which are what makes the skin on the face and body appear dull and aged.
Second, gently and effectively removes second layer of dead skin cells from the face. In addition, stimulates blood flow beneath the surface of the skin. All the steps will enhance and speed the process of skin renewal, hence it will remove your acne scar without apply any cream which don’t work at all.
