How do I get my ear piercing to go down on the swelling?
I pierced my ear last year on December 10, 2010 , they've been fine till now.. My right one is swollen . How do I get it to go down? And should I go to the doctor? There is no puss or any sort of liquid. And it kinda hurts .

Put ice on it and take tylenol. The ice will make the swelling go down and the tylenol will stop it from hurting.

I would call your doctor t see when you can get an appointment because that could get serious. In the mean time, I would ice it if it starts to hurt but if the pain gets real bad then take Tylenol or something.

I use rubbing alcohol to clean it. Just put some on a cotton ball, take it over your ear, DO NOT REMOVE THE EARRING, put it on both sides of the ear, then twirl it a couple times. That should help. It’s probably infected.
