How do I get a flat tummy without exercising and dieting so much?



I always been a skinny girl all my life. My only problem is that my fat does not go to my ass, instead it goes to my tummy. How do I get a flat tummy? Do I have to go on a diet just to get a flat tummy? I hate being on diets since I'm not overweight. Do I have to 1000's of sit ups just to see results?

  1. Diet is always such a horribly negative word. It conjures up images of starvation and misery.
    Nutrition is a much more positive word. You will need to clean up your nutrition. By that, I mean you do not have to starve yourself and you can still enjoy what you eat, but you must eat clean unprocessed food at the right times of the day.
    Sit ups are hopeless. You need to do short intensive cardio (30-40mins) interval cardio and sprints.
    I would also recommend some gym or body weight resistance exercises.
