I have a bit of a belly but really not that much just a little bump. How do I get a flat stomach and what do I do?

U need to eat less, exercise more.
U can also eat a lot, but selectively. I mean eating the right foods, eg. protein based, no sugars, no drinks, no sweets, no juices, only real fruits, and the les possible of carbohidrates untill u make it!
Then you can relax ur diet and go normally about life, it will take you about three months.
Thats how much it took me!
You also need to give it some extra help, eg. do exercises evry day if you can untill you break it, I mean in a week or two, then you can relax it to 3 times a week.
But u got to get serious, and I mean serious or just dont botehr!
Count the calories and remeber for evry 2500 calories you save you will lose a pound, and that pund will come of your stomack!
And remeber lots of abbs! exercises! lots!
Swiming will help a lot, as well"

Lie flat on your back and all the fat melts away in seconds! I usually do that when eating chocolate so I don’t feel guilty!

There’s a lot of approaches to it I think. The typical one (losing weight) is best solved by cardio exercise, namely running, elyptical, stairmaster, etc. (I personally think nothing comapares to running/jogging).
Second, ab exercises not only build a little muscle but burn fat in the process…crunches would be the obvious answer there (but make sure you do them right! Quality over quantity when exercising. Exhale when doing the crunch and dont lift your head).
Lastly, I’ve heard that if you’re content with muscle and weight but are only trying to change shape, pulling your belly in and holding it there as long as you can (while still breathing) helps flatten the shape of your stomach. Hope i helped.
