How do I gain muscle with hardly any spare time?
I honestly have no equipment, and hardly have any time of the day to work out or go to the gym. I'm losing almost all the muscle I've ever had from sitting around all day working with all the management and music I have to do. In fact I'm starting to gain fat.
When I do have spare time the only thing I really do is sleep from working early in the morning to late at night. I don't want to get totally ripped or anything, how can I gain the muscle I used to have?

I need 20 minutes of your time, 4 days a week.
Do 10 burpees on the even minutes, rest the balance of the minute. Do 12 box jumps on the odd minutes, (onto a 18-24" plyometric box…I use a rubbermaid step stool) rest the balance of the minute. Continue for 18 more minutes.
Go to YouTube and look up burst training routines. You’ll be surprised on what you can do with just your body weight. If you want to add one piece of equipment to get an awesome workout, then look up kettlebell routines.
Most conditioning routines last from 15-20 minutes and you’ll get results…..FAST!

Well, I would tell you to make spare time if you really wanted to get your muscle back.
Otherwise, you’re stuck in between a rock and a hard place.

Go for maximum intensity excersises. For chest do ultra wide grip press ups. For triceps do close grip press ups. For biceps get a chinup bar or buy some dumbells. And use the chinup bar for back as well. Then for legs, do some cycling or get something heavy and squat it or deadlift it.cfor abs go for situps or weighted situps with something heavy, like a cinderblock or some bricks
I hope this helps
