How do I crack the lower part of my back?
I do a lot of horse riding, and normally take out a Saturday to muck out the horses and do yard work, instead of riding, and my back always KILLS when I get back from 9 hours of doing this.My Mom is a chiropractor and has shown me how to crack my upper back (put your hands into two fists, put them behind your back and lean into them) but the bottom part of my back hurts, and it feels like I should crack it! Does anyone know how to crack the bottom part of my back?

Lay on a flat surface back down are arch your body really high, like youre humping the air. If that doesn’t do it lay back down and reverse this by lifting your legs and torso to kind of make a "v" with your body, if this doesn’t crack it, it should still feel pretty good. Trying to touch your toes also feels amazing

I use to crack my back when I was in high school cause sitting in a class most the day killed my back. I just sat on my chair and leaned back as far as a could with out falling back. And also take your hands and grab one side of the chair while sitting and twist your back and it will crack. Do it on the other side too. It worked on the lower part for me. But please be careful not to hurt yourself.
You can ask your mom too.
