How do I clean after sex to maintain a healthy ph?

After I have sex a few times I tend to get a yeast infection. Me and my boyfriend use condoms and lubrication so I want to make sure I don't leave any residue or bad bacteria in that area that will leave me prone to infections. How do I clean that are without using douches, feminine wipes, and sprays so I don't throw off my ph level?

  1. Pee as soon as you can afterwards. And drink cranberry juice. Don’t douche. That only hurts you. Other than that you can look up herbs and vitamins that can help. But that about all you can do without a doctors help.

  2. I use Multi Gyn. I have their Lubricator and it’s really good. It has the same PH Level like your vagina. so it doesn’t change it. And no, this is not a spam

If not, water on the outside only is really all you need to clean it, a vagina is self-cleaning anyways… NEVER use douche, It does more harm than good, getting rid of the good bacteria as well as the bad. The inside is self-cleaning.

  3. Honestly go urinate as soon as you can after sex i mean within minutes and this will HIGHLY reduce your risks of UTI’s and Yeast Infections.

    Good luck.

  4. It’s most probably the condoms and lube that causes the yeast infections. Vinegar and water is best.
