How did you get rid of eczema?
I know that everyone always says "theres no real cure of eczema" but i have been having it on/off for the last 6 or 7 years. It's mainly on my arms, wrists and around the mouth but sometimes i get it on the back of my knees or in between my fingers. I've heard of people who 'grew out of it' i.e. my mother, and i've also heard of people who got rid of it with certain remedies (taking baths in strange liquids). i just want to know if you had it and if you did, how you managed to get rid of it.

Hi, you can try one of the natural treatments for eczema from the Internet – some of them do work. For my eczema I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they stay clear for months on end.
Try it: champori comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.

Bathing in mineral salts helps a lot! If you get an outbreak, apply Tri Derma creams. They’re all good. Don’t use friction when drying yourself off, and use moisturizer constantly. I mean, constantly. I apply body oil after showering, use moisturizing body wash in the shower, put oil and other moisturizers on my face, cream on my hands and feet, and constant lip balm (used to get eczema in the corners). Use Dr. Hauschka lip balm on and around your mouth. Good luck!

No baths or liquids for me, I simply stopped eating Dairy. It was what was causing it in the first place.

There is a body wash and soap product you can try, but I’m pretty sure it’s only available online. Check their website. There are some testimonials that say it helps for many skin problems; some mentioned are ezcema and problem skin. It’s also nice because it’s unscented, so it won’t make you smell like anything overly strong or sweet, and it’s mild so you can put it on often for skin that gets dry easily.
Also try:
- Avoiding alcohol based cleaners and sanitizers, because they’re drying.
- Avoiding fragrance. It can cause skin irritation, which can dry out even more.
I think you can get a free sample too if you want to try that first. Hope this helps!

hello there! okay so I’ve been having this skin disease for many years. it’s finally clearing up but i do have these occasional breakouts.
1-what you really need to do is learn how to have willpower. do NOT scratch. even a little bit of scratching can make your skin from bad to worse. don’t even touch it.
2- visit a dermatologist. he/she will recommend a skincare routine, consisting of ointments, steroid creams and lotions, perhaps even tablets. follow the routine religiously. you have to be regular.
3- i’m going to share with you what made my eczema clear up. keep in mind that this is what my dermatologist recommended.
FOR FACE: a-derma foaming gel/ cetaphil cleansing lotion (both of these are face washes. the first one is pretty effective, use 2-3 times a day)
a vitamin e cream. a normal face cream
desonide cream (this was the most important for my face. very effective drug, use in the morning and night. after washing your face)

FOR BODY: clobetasol cream bp, tenovate* (2-3 times a day, esp. morning and night)

parasoft lotion
cetaphil lotion
FOR BATH: OILATUM. this is absolutely amazing. this has been recommended by several dermatologists. this hydrates your skins and relieves irritation.
this worked wonders for me. i checked out these on the internet. i’m sure you will be able to find almost everything in your drug store. i reallly really hope i helped!!!
