How could I make brain to make my eye to focus on far away objects?
How could I tell my brain to make my eye to focus on objects and things far?
I have been watching too close for a really long time. Actually looking at my monitor every day.
My eyes got used to it and developed that way. It can't focus too far.
I have to wear glasses if I wanna see far.
How could I get my eye to see far?

Chances are you have ordinary nearsightedness, there is no reason for panic. For the most part, it is genetic in origin and it would have happened regardless of computer use, reading, video games, etc. The problem is actually mechanical; because the eyeball is a little too long, you can’t make the image be in focus on your retinas, so, regardless of how good your brain is at interpreting the information from the nerves coming from the eyes, the resulting image will be blurry.
On the internet, you might find various schemes of eye exercises, eye vitamins, etc, there is no scientific evidence that any of these actually work. Think about it logically, if there was a simple way that anybody could fix their eyes themselves at home, everybody would be doing it and you wouldn’t see all these people getting glasses, contacts & laser surgery.
I suppose, if you really hate glasses, try contacts.
