How can you get a flat stomach without abs showing?



Lately I have been working out and doing crunches to get rid of my pudgy stomach. I have small amount of pudginess left but I've been noticing that like small little ab lines are starting to appear on my stomach, which is nice. But I would like to have just a nice flat stomach with no ab appearance. How can I achieve this?

  1. Stop doing ab workouts just run. Running will get rid of belly fat but not tone your stomach muscles. Your seeing the lines because your building muscle. Just stop doing crunches and run, this will stop building abdominal muscles and just flatten your stomach.

  2. Don’t work out your stomach…

    Doing crunches makes the abdomen stronger, hence it makes the muscles bigger and more pronounced.

  3. Stop doing ab exercises. You can’t spot reduce fat with exercise, so all your crunches are doing are building muscle. If you don’t want bigger abs, don’t do crunches.
