How can I stop my friends telling my parents I have an eating disorder?
They've watched me not eat at school for ages and they are at the point that if I dont start to eat in the next few days consistently they are ringing my parents. How can I stop them without eating?

Don’t stop them. They are your friends and that is the best proof. They care so much about you.. why stop them? You’re sick. And you need help. Your friends just do their job. I wish i had such good friends…
Allow them to help you!

you should let them tell its not good for you to not eat.. that way your parents could help you

Tell your parents yourself. I’m sure they will want to help. There are numerous reasons for eating disorders, maybe with some counseling or therapy you can find out what is affecting you. Life is too precious to be doing this to yourself. Any loving parent(s) would want to help. I know I would if my daughter came to me!

Frankly, it is what is best. Like other people said, you should just beat them to the punch and tell them yourself. It is unhealthy, and can kill you. No appearance is worth dying over, and honestly you would probably end up looking morbidly skinny anyway, which is more unattractive than having some meat on your bones. Don’t listen to anyone telling you how to avoid them telling on you. Confronting problems early will make it easier in the long run, trust me

Instead of them telling your parents, you should.
It’d be hard, but less privacy-invading.
